"We are known as the Marofskes" – after our farm, which has always been known by its home name "Marof". Three generations now live on the farm, continuing the family tradition of viticulture.

Vines are cultivated in our own vineyards with a combination of handwork and love, and our wine cellar is used to mature and bottle superior quality white and red wines and sparkling wines, as well as to offer guided tastings alongside cold cuts. We are located at the confluence of the Bistrica and Sotla rivers, in a village called Bistrica ob Sotli; in the heart of the Kozjansko Regional Park, in the immediate vicinity of the Terme Olimia, Terme Čatež and Terme Tuhelj thermal spas. We are surrounded by rolling hills, with forests and vineyards, flat meadows, and fields where we grow cereals, pumpkins and vegetables. We offer four spacious apartments (22 beds), complemented by an in-house wellness space (also for outside visitors) with sauna, jacuzzi, massage and a terrace with an above-ground swimming pool. Guests can rent electric bikes, and there is also an electric car charging station, a space for caravans, and a lawn with a "picnic corner".
